The principles below describe how we handle the information you entrust to us.
Private by Design
Every engagement is treated as a private mandate. We do not publish client names, logos, or case studies without written consent. Our roster is intentionally limited so that attention, discretion, and standard of care are never diluted.
Documented NDAs
All material engagements operate under a mutual non-disclosure agreement covering business plans, financials, ownership, banking relationships, and any proprietary information shared during the build of your bankability infrastructure.
Secure Infrastructure
Client documents are stored in encrypted, access-controlled environments. Transport is over TLS; storage is encrypted at rest. Access is role-based and limited to the specialists actively building your file.
Need-to-Know Access
Inside Apex Amplify, Inc. and its affiliates, your information is shared only with the specific personnel required to execute your engagement. Vendor and underwriter introductions are made only with your explicit, documented authorization.
Data Handling & Retention
We retain client records only for the duration required to deliver the engagement and meet legal, tax, and audit obligations. On request, working files are returned or destroyed in accordance with our retention schedule.
Communications Discipline
Sensitive matters are handled by appointment over secure channels. We do not discuss client matters in public forums, social media, or unsolicited marketing.
